Gold Coast Tree Removal & Qualified Arborists
We’re Jess and Wil, and we run Jungle Jess Tree Service. We’re fully qualified arborists, Level 3 and Level 5 certified. We built our name on the tough, technical work: the rigging, the tight access, and the big removals that take real skill.
Being good at the hard jobs is only half of it. We turn up when we say, quote a fixed price up front, and don’t pack up until your place is spotless. No call centre, no subcontractors. You get us and a crew of qualified climbing arborists, cutting to AS4373, the Australian Standard. And we assess before we cut, so nobody gets talked into a removal when a prune would have done.

Before Jungle Jess, we spent years on the tough, technical jobs. Dead trees nobody wanted to climb. Trees leaning over a neighbour’s shed with no room to drop anything. That work taught us to rig and dismantle properly, because there was no other way to get those trees down without wrecking something. We still use it every week, on blocks with a pool on one side, a fence on the other, and a metre of clearance in between.

It’s simple, and that’s the point. You get in touch, we book a time that suits, and we come out to look at the tree. You get a fixed price in writing on the spot, with the cleanup included, plus a free health check on the rest of your trees while we’re there. Once it’s booked, we confirm the day before and phone you on the morning. On the day, everything’s chipped down as we work and the site’s left clean. Want the mulch for your garden beds? Often, yes. Gold Coast City Council protects a lot of trees. Most trees on private land need council approval to remove or prune, with exemptions for things like distance from a fence, building or pool (scaled to your lot size) and recognised pest species. We check the mapping at the quote and tell you straight, so you don’t spend money on an application you might not need.
It depends on the size and species, how close the tree is to your house, fence or pool, how easily we can get gear to it, and whether you want the stump ground and the mulch taken away. We come out, look at it, and give you a fixed price in writing. What you sign is what you pay.
